Taiping Securities (HK) Co Limited ("Taiping Securities (HK)"), formerly known as New Century Securities Limited, was incorporated in Hong Kong in 1980 under the direction of the Hong Kong and Macau Management Office of the Bank of China Group and was the first securities brokerage of Mainland Chinese background in Hong Kong.

Taiping Securities (HK) is licensed under the Securities and Futures Ordinance for Type 1 (dealing in securities) regulated activities (CE Number: AAE494) and is a participant of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited with four trading rights in securities trading and one in futures trading. Its core businesses include various trading platforms (Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect, mobile phone, FIX connection, Internet and brokerage services, etc.), margin financing, equity underwriting and other services.
